A few days ago i got some fresh stra2berries that smelt soooo good andd i couldnt stop thinking how can i use them in a cake... not cheese cake or as a garnche but as an ingredient in a batter of a cake.... first i thought i would love to add it with some kind of chocolate but i couldnt find a recipe and then i found this recipe and it was easy and looked so yummy and i started it doing it this morning... in the recipe there was a note saying that if the strawberries werent ripe or juicy the cake wint taste good.... although my strawberries smelt real good they didnt taste that good and my cake too was so tastless and it was volorless bcoz i didnt add red coloring which was optional...... but there is still a thing that i did wrong which made the cake really thin and with the wrong moisture... i had this bad idea which i did although i should have known better..... i thought why dont i add more strawberries to the cake so it will taste better and thats how my strawberry cake was colorless tastless and really thin.
